After being referred to us we decided to use them as a new set of couches was to expensive and our set was so comfortable. They quoted us R16000 to reupholster our couches. We mentioned that we only required the set to be covered as it was still exceptionally comfortable. She guaranteed me that they use only the best and that we would not be sorry if they do the whole package. Upon receiving it the set looked brand new but we were disappointed that we agreed that they change it completely as the comfort no longer existed. Our 2nd set was completely ruined and not even 6 months after it was done I tried getting a hold of her. When I finally reached her about our recliner she said that there was nothing she could do. I have sent email after email asking her to come and fixed what she totally up. She just ignores me.. The 15th of August (1 year) i pleaded with her again and sent her pictures of her "professional handy work" she still keeps on ignoring me. We had the set 8 years before using her and there was not one imperfection only worn out and if you see it now it looks like something we got off of the garbage dump...
