Lounge sweet upholstery went wrong and now no resp

Round about the 14th of may 2013 I got liz to make knew covers for my lounge sweet, ones that can be removed and washed.so the first time I wanted to wash them I phoned liz and asked are you sure I can wash them? she said yes I think so, i said but I told you I wanted something that can be washed, because I have small kids, so they get dirty quickly.so I washed them and put them back slightly damp, and now the zips cant close at the back, and they dont fit properly.i phoned and about a week later she send her guys out, they pulled ando eventually managed to get the one zip closed, said they will send another guy to come and do the other one, well no one came and we are now in oct! but surely I cant phone someone everytime to come and help to put them back on.ever since I've been phoning leaving messages, sending sms, I even send her photo's, but no reply! in between all of this I gave her another couch to upholster was around beginning of june.so now I have a lounge sweet with covers that doesn't fit, you can actually see the covering of the actual couch and zips not closing at the back.and I also don't know if I will get my other couch back.she received her payment that was due to he
