Bad Customer Service- Le Marea

I would like to complain about Le Marea Massage Palour for not honouring an appointment, I had an appointment on the 24 August 2013 for massages for 3 people at 10:00 am only to find that there's was no one when we got there, when we called to find out why it was closed we were told they were fumigating the place and i was not informed to reschedule, I'm so disappointed cause it was a waste of time and money to go there and i was told by Franscina that she'll get back to me until today there's no feedback and its bad customer service.
I'm very disappointed since it was my first time and I brought my mother for birthday massage only to find no one there and without an explanation
