Myself and a friend entered the salon at 4pm ready to style our hair. Note that trading hours of the salon are till 5pm. Sadly we were turned down as they have already taken on their last client. There was a lady at reception, three stylists which 1 of them were free at the time, the other finishing up. so whats the point of trading hours being till 5pm when we get turned down at 4 pm. i can understand if the salon was full but the salon was quiet and not busy at all. BAD BAD BAD PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
