Bad service

I requested print@14th to do some alterations on my logos a month ago. Gerard promised to email me info once its finished. I've been calling him almost everyday for the past two weeks to check on the progress of the work I requested to be done.

I get one answer every time, I will email you the info, he has been promising to do that ever since. I think it was going to be simpler if I was told that they wont be able to do the job.

I've used the shop several times to do copies bindings and pamphlets and I have been getting a good service but this time I'm very disappointed on their service. If not interested in providing me with a service they must just say so that I can look for alternatives
