LG By Far The Worst

I bought an LG 14kg top loader washing machine in march for R3500 and only a couple of months later the machine sounds like its going to lift off during spin cycle does not drain the staysoft and also vibrates from the one side of the room to the other. Now when the machine was bought we were given a friendly reminder about an extended warranty that could help us in the future and well we fell for it and went ahead. Now the machine is being used once a week. I contacted lg electronics and they told me a call will be logged well I'm sure that's my bad for not asking in what year??? Eventually someone called and said someone will be coming over the weekend. They gave me the nr of the person named John. When I called John he said sorry his car was broken and they were fixing it since saturday already and he promises he will come past on sunday. Well no john! No washing machine! Laundromat bills! And well no one cares! I would give this LG product away for free if that's the after sale service. Fix it or ill make sure everybody that wants to buy LG knows about the after sales service!!!
