Goes to do chores instead of appointment

I made an appointment at 11.30 for a gents haircut. I arrived and proceeded to wait for 45 minutes beyond my appointed time before anyone looked at me. I was then told that my hairstylist wasn't there but would be contacted by SMS. 15 minutes later, I was told that she was on her way but still needed to stop off somewhere first.
