Staff treat elderly with disrespect

My Gran was traveling from Johannesburg back to Cape Town. She is an elderly lady who has 2 use a wheelchair to get on and off of the airplane. One of the Cape Town International Airport staff members said to her what is your problem, don't you have a walker? My gran then replied with a no and the lady then continued to push her to retrieve her luggage and asked what suitcase was hers? My Gran then asked to be pushed closer so she could show her which one it was. The lady then said to my Gran, how am I suppose to push you and carry your bag. My Gran then told her to turn the suitcase upright so the bag could rest on the steps for your feet on the wheelchair in between my Grans Legs, the lady did so an then pushed her out 2 my Aunt who was waiting for her. Where as my Gran had 2 get off the wheelchair and walk all the way to the car.
I think this lady is so disrespectful to the elderly and has no customer service at all. They are in a wheelchair for a reason and not just for the fun of it. And to make my Gran carry her own at the same time, find someone else to help you.
