SA Post Office
Lack of service

Good day... I hardly visit our local post office and today once again I realized why... NO SERVICE DELIVERY!!! I had to collect a parcel... I gave my tracking no. and ID and the post office official disappeared for about 15mins.. I then asked someone to call her and I asked what's taking that long... I then asked cant they search for the parcel then call me to collect (an idea I feel they should have thought of)... While this was happening another post office official suggested they look at the pile of parcels without addresses.. They eventually found my parcel in the PO Box pile, which I feel the post office official should have looked... She then returned with my parcel and with no apology what so ever just carried on with her duties... I feel no urgency was portrayed...

Guess who won't be visiting he local post office again...
