Unprofessional Hair Salon VIP Stylists Le Chic

Upon buying a voucher for a haircut, blow dry, hair treatment and half a head of highlites I ofcourse hadn't received what i paided for. I then answered a questionaire given to me from a source wanting to know if I'd recommend their services and in my honest opinion i anserwed the questions given. I then had this salon VIP' Stylists Le Chic answer back ever so rudely in the most digusted manner! They called me a freebee,
incorrect grammer in their response too was very unprofessional. I paid them for a service I didnt get and was not happy with and for a "socalled" professional business establishment to speak so rudely in such
a manner is uncalled for and not very professional and I will certainly not recommend people go there! They wrote such a horrible message to me and for a big company to allow a email like that to me is also not right
and really disgusting.
