Top Hair Salon has unqualified Hairdressers

I went to have a WASH & Cut at REGIS HAIR STYLISTS - Kenilworth Centre. Rifqah the stylist was clueless about what she was doing.! Even though I explained to her that I wanted my hair cut short, I expressed that it must be stylish! My daughter even showed her a picture. Well, her understanding of stylish resulted in my hair looking like a denny mushroom!! She didn't wash my hair, did a dry cut. She just used the spray gun, so already, I could foresee there were going to be problems. However, she is supposed to be the professional, she knows what she's doing, or so I assumed, until I saw the end results. I was horrified!! She had the audacity to ask me if I "liked" the haircut? REALLY??? R170.00 is the price for short hair cut that looks like a denny mushroom! You should close your doors, you have no idea what you're doing! Your stylists are NOT qualified, very amateurish!! Advertise their certificates on your wall. We trust your stylists, we trust you REGIS for your name brand, but to have mediocre service like this is absolutely disgusting and pathetic!! What a rip off! Consumers, be warned!!!
