Not being honest /over paying

I applied for two Cell phones back on Ferbuary. I did get them and also signed two contructs that say I will pay. R75 per phone every week for 12 months, but what they are doing is totally diferent they deduct R425 every week the total amount that I should have payed I way less than what I have paid already, the worst part when I try to get hold of them no one seem to be interested toking to me they drop the phone in my ears and yet theys till deducting. Now I don't realy know who to talk to because I'm over paying now.
