Overcharging on custom duty fees

It seems the people who custom duty tax are sucking the amounts they charge out of their thumb. I have been trying to resolve this matter since March 2013 and they are simply not interested to assist the customers that put money into their pocket. Hasani Singo has not replied to a countless amount of emails I have sent (bad customer service if any at all). Why can a person not get a hold of you?! If one phones the customs center they are not helpful at all and say that this is the only person that can help. I am wasting my time and money because of incompetent employees and will soon take this matter to court if I don't receive proper feedback and you guys don't stop messing me around and my money which I can prove. Horrible service and a utterly useless company this is.
