How refreshing to find a company in South Africa who still cares about customer service! After I was so fortunate to stumble upon your app on Samsung's Play Store, it has made my life SO easy! Apart from you guys having a great app, everytime I have sent an email, you have responded almost immediately! To top this, you sent me useful reports about my electricity usage, my transactions and advice on how to save electricity! Effective, efficient, are you sure you're in the correct country? LOL!
