Hi Guys
Just wanted to say thanks for the good work you guys do. Love reading the reports, feel very informed about companies to avoid or do business with.
Only one suggestion
Seems that some companies have come up with a brilliant plan to be credited for "companies who respond " by replying to reports with the same line every time. Almost like a automated response program.
Just wondering if these companies really do tend to peoples problems or is it just a cover to look like they are?
