Want to buy electricity - for a holiday home. We did not use it - so the account escalated above R1000. Want to pay and buy electricity - Easy pay only allows maximum payment of R 1000. Want to pay it in portions - but it says the amount tendered is to small for the outstanding account.- there is no other options thus we can't buy electricity nor can we settle outstanding amounts. No helpline and no person can advice what to do...
