Why am I not surprised to see complaints similar to mine on Hello Peter and why am I not surprised to see that they don't respond. Stay away from run flats, under 20 000km on my BMW and the tyres are completely finished in fact I had a blow out on the N3 Durban to Johannesburg. And you guessed it when they check the tyre all my fault from wheel alignment to wrong pressure in fact it is my fault for putting them on my car. Shocking tyres and even a bigger shock having to deal with Pirelli's poor service. 2 months of no response then only to receive the worst attitude. Thank you Pirelli but this will be the last time I use your tyres. One day you will wonder where your clients are.
