SA Post Office
Very unhappy

I went to Weltevredenpark Post office on Friday with something urgent to post. I stood for 30 minutes in the queue and when i reached the counter, i asked the lady to help me with a box and label (i seriously thought the post office sold this). She sent me away and said they cant help. i must get it wrapped and come back. She was quite rude and abrasive in her tone.

Eventually i got help from Checkers and when i went back, she was so unwillingly to help. She kept rolling her eyes and sighing out loud, and when i asked questions and cancelled the Speed services request because i didnt have enough money, she was so rude and abrupt.

i dont appreciate that sort of attitude. i was a customer who required assistance. i will not go back there.

Please do not mistake this lady for the one who was assisting with licence renewals
