Contract? Please advise urgently

I am being debited from my account, and no one seems to know who authorised this, your call centre is not helpful when youcan get through. PLease may I get a statement and a letter showing who authorised this, as we have tried to stop the debits but you seem to bye pass this. I am paying the same account with another debt collector authorised by the bank, who authorised you!
