UNAUTHORISED DEBITS

I've been getting random debits on my account of R99.00 which i have not authorised. In addition to these debits, some company called KRAYCAM is now helping itself to my account, which up until now i thought was impossible without my consent.

Someone @ ABSA please explain how KRAYCAM gained access to my account details without my authorisation for them to debit R129.00. How do i get my money back, not just for KRAYCAM but for the other debits of R99.00 which were not authorised by me.

My last question is how is why ABSA or any of the other major banks are allowing this to happen in the first place? The amounts may not seem much to you, but its my money and it's frustrating to think that one's finances could be mishandled in such a way, especially by organisations who swear black and blue that they have your best interest at heart.
