False Product Performance Avertising

High Pressure Cleaner
The following performance data on one of their products is advertised Working Pressure 80 Bar and max. permissable pressure 120 Bar, working pressure 110 Bar.
However only the following pressures on a brand new Pressure Cleaner has been recorded by an Indepentent Accredited Pressure Testing Facility
Average Max, Pressure 40 Bar
Average holding pressure 36 Bar
Far less than half of the advertised pressures so the South African consumer is taken for a ride.
