SORTERS HELPING THEIR SELVES TO CUSTOMERS PROPERTY

What discipline does the Sapo have over their mail sorters. To me it seems nothing. This is not the first time i receive magazines where there should be samples in them and then when i get the Magazine the packaging has been opened and the samples have been take out. It might seem petty to complain about this but if the sorters do it with 100 or 200 books and a particular sample they can go rather far. It is sick to know that they stuff someone else has paid for maybe it is time that the SAPO checks up on their sorters and jacks them up as i get the impression the sorters are just in the job to make collect whatever they can out of customers post. This is not on. you would not appreciate it if I opened your post let alone take something out there and I DEFINITELY DO NOT APPRECIATE IT.
