Backstabbers and the clueless

I went to get my hair coloured on last week Saturday at this salon which I have been going to since 2006. When I first got there I had a whole pile of pictures, and yes I was undecided. After speaking to one of the owner's (Coco) I confirmed I wanted turquoise streaks at the top, purple paintbrush at the bottom of my hair. Coco kept on getting confused with which colour goes where, and I had to keep correcting her. Finally my hair gets rinsed and there is purple streaks on top, this blue (NOT turquoise at bottom)! I was extremely irritated, and them half correcting it made it worse! I was MADE to look LIKE I WAS IN THE WRONG! The next day (Sunday) I go in and speak to the girl, Chloe, who did my hair the previous time. She TOLD me that she would do my hair the next week, and that "if i wasn't happy, that THEY must fix it". I then call yesterday (Tueday) to make an appointment and was told by Coco that "oh, Chloe doesn't want to do my hair'... is wrong with these bunch of people! Backstabbers! And so much for customer loyalty! NEVER AGAIN!
