Rude and incompetent 'Supervisor'

I bough a set of 'hair pro' brushes from them a while ago and clients who bought them have been returning them to me because the paint on the brush is peeling off. I phoned to notify them and they said its not a problem, I must just return them and they will credit me. I took them in and then the woman who helped me 'Janine' said she has to wait for one of the bosses to credit me and she would only be in on the Wednesday, which was 5days later. I waited for them to phone me and let me know what's going on but they never got back to me. After a month of begging they finally credited me but only for 10 brushes, not 16. She then said I only returned 10. If she did it immediately, this problem would never have occurred. I took another 4 paddle brushes in because their bristles break and iv waited a month AGAIN, now they saying their not going to credit me because its been over a year. She is so rude and has NO managerial skills. They used to be such a good company, but with all the new staff, it's changed for the worse.
