Poor product

Good day.
I bought a colgate 360 tooth brush at p&p in the strand after easter weekend. It seems the white and blue brushes is falling out. Is this an known product problem? I they come loose they get stuck in my through while brushing. Did not want to put on hello peter but their is no costumer interaction link on your website.
