NO EFFORT!!! Just want to get rid of you

I have recently opened a salon and was referred to Hair Health and Beauty by a fellow salon owner. Today I called them and requested a credit on a product I purchased about 10 months ago. The product was bought at the recommendation of Hair Health and Beauty, but has never been used, it has not even been removed from the original packaging, I have not even broken the seal.

I spoke with Janine and Chanine, pleading with them to be of assistance to me. All I requested was to have the product exchanged for something else, it is merely a white elephant to me. They were both exceptionally rude to me, referring to a portable basin as a BMW and the product is now second hand although it has never been used.

I myself, have been in customer service for many years, and feel that their treatment of their customers is appaling. They lack the skills to communicate effectively. They are making no effort to be of assistance to me, rushing to get me off the phone as soon as possible. I would not recommend anybody using their services at all!!!
