Moms Uif Assist
'Professional' Service not delivered

In March 2013 I started the process with Moms UIF assist to claim for UIF while on maternity leave.
By June 2013, and my child being 2months old, I had not even managed to submit all my forms to MomsUIF.
It was a constant back and forth to confirm that the forms were filled in correctly with them on occasions taking up to 3 weeks to reply on my emails- and only because i phoned a few times. Eventually I went to the Labour department and did it myself- it took all of 10 minutes!

The service promised by MomsUIFassist is most definitely not received. Yet they take your money without shame.
Once I told them I had taken care of the submission myself, and calling them on their service delivery, they did not even apologize, but just state that in their t & c's it clearly states that deposits will not be refunded!

All mothers to be, be warned- momsuifassist is full of empty promises, a waste of time and money.
