NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!! RUDEST COMPANY EVER

Adele is so rude to customers its unbelievable. After 3 weeks of the same story where the driver drops off the lady by my estate gate and nobody phones to say the lady is there, after I have to phone several times if the lady is there I have already lost 2 hours of the 8 I am paying for. when I phoned today, I asked Adele what happens with the 2 hours lost, she yells saying what must she do if the driver does not tell her anything, then I said I was so happy today was the final day of my contact she says so is she. after confirming with the lady what number they were using for the past 3 weeks they have been dialing a 9 digit number instead of a 10 digit cell number and always claim I don't answer my phone. after trying to explain this to Adele again, she screams at me over the phone saying I must stop calling the office to scream at them. she is the rudest person ever, and cannot deal with customers at all nor should she be a manger. i hope many people take this experience to mind before they consider lizzies maids. People have always advised me against them until i figured out this for myself. The staff doing the work are not the problem, management clearly is the problem here!!!
