Moms Uif Assist
Money taken, service given is not whats promised

I paid the deposit for the Mom's uif assist service on the 28 june 2013. i got my website link and password and downloaded the doc's. off i go to the bank only to be told at the bank that the forms are in the wrong format and had to download them all myself from the DOL website. i ignored that and figured that these things happen. i sent through my forms for checking a week and a half ago. i didn't get a receipt as promised i had to ask if they were even received and since then i have heard nothing after two mails being sent through to them requesting feedback. now i in no way asked them to provide this service to me for free. and i promise when you are expecting the small deposit of R300.00 is a lot of money that can be spent better on the child you are carrying. i go on maternity leave on the 12 july 2013 and now i feel like i am going to have to stress about my money being paid out every month for the 4 months that i am off.
