Best Website to buy the best looking school bags possible (at a very expensive price R1300)!
Finding out after 6 months that this bag is worth nothing if you do not maintain the bag by constantly checking screws that fall out and oiling the moving parts.
You pay R1300 for a schoolbag that you expect to last at least one year...
When contacting the supplier with the complaints, no one gets back to you. They do not bother to answer your mail or phone you to discuss the problem.
My boy is using the bag for 6 months and the following went wrong:
- the handle is stuck (not moving up or down)
- the lights on the wheels is dead
- the whole foot with a piece of the steel frame broke off (these bags is being advertised as follows: "Graceful. absurdly versatile. and with a light, super-strong aluminium frame and oversized polyurethane wheels (they climb stairs), even school hallways and cracked pavements can't slow its roll. Other super features? A removable hand washable bag, wheels that flash and tons of custom combos... and yes, a built-in seat!" MY I ADD, THAT WILL LAST FOR 6 MONTHS ONLY!
