Butchering a car to fit my wheels

I purchased a set of mag wheels and Tyres at the Midrand branch. 1stly they grinded away my brake calipers to fit the mags. The 2 managers virtually came to blows inside the store while I was there. On needing to replace my brake pads it came to light that the mag wheels did not fit at all and we needed to grind the break calipers even further. I also had a problem when turning and the wheel was scraping against the steering arm. To rectify this they proceeded to grind down the steering arm.

What kind of company butchers a vehicle instead of selecting the correct wheels from the word go.
