Trailer's wheels were in secure area

The night of 27/28 June 2013 our trailer's wheels were in the secure area at George Hofmeyr High School were we live on the premises. Ulwazi Protection services is the security company. When we discover that the wheels (with the tyres) were we contacted the local supervisor - Jesaja Matuka. He came and check out the scene. Then he promised that Ulwazi will pay the wheels - we must get quotations the replace the wheels. We got the quotations and gave them to him. This is 2 months ago. Each time I ask what is going on - they say next week. Two weeks ago I sent a e-mail to their head office. They then let Mr Strydom (the person in charge of security at school) know they will replace the wheels in a weeks time. That is now 2 weeks and since then we never heard of them again. In the mean time we lost money - as we could hire the trailer out to people.
