I had a rep comming to us by the name of vuyo for more than 2 yrs,
We had no problems till the new rep came in since june. He dosnt know what to do with the product sold to customer are about to expire in 40 to 60 days of the delivered invoice. vuyo used to replace the stock if about to expire stock. Comfort for 2 months he is telling us I will ask my seniors and come back, its been happening for more than 6 weeks in a row. Unfortunatly I phoned his office and asked his manager alfred to see me. He did promising from last week Thursday to come see me. Now over 10 days passed, they are not answering their phones nor calling back.
And my fridge packed up for over 3 weeks. Comfort as a rep is suppose to up date mecanic for the repairs. Promises after promises no reply. No one does want to take responsiblity after speaking to devland staff members. They are just passing the buck on to one another.. hope he comes today for my orders. As he didn't come last week also...
