No fridge for 5 weeks and still no feedback

Purchased a R7500 fridge in feb 2012. About 5 weeks ago the fridge packed up (kept tripping the main) went to game logged a call only had a tech out a week later he say it needs a part (thermistat). 4 days later another tech comes out and and finds the real problem (wiring harness defective). The next day went to the store and asked to speak with management was referd to darren took my details down and promised to give me feedback the next day. A whole week passed and still nothing so I went back to the store this time I was refered to another manager (pravin) he Immediately call for darren the previous person I spoke with. Making up excuses he was caught up with stock take. We discussed the issuse and was promised feedback the following day (At this point I don't have a fridge for 3 weeks). Next day I get a call from pravin telling me that the suplier is going to be replacing the product in about a week max I should have my new fridge. I thanked him for his efficiency. Thinking finally I'm speaking with the right person. Two weeks have passed and still NO fridge been to this store in total about 11 times to query this matter. I think customer service/feeback needs to be addressed
