False advertising

I went to game either late March or early April, it was a day after they advertised on tv that there is a special for a 2TB harddrive for one week for R799 only to get there and told they out of stock. I went to information to leave my details to be contacted when they have it in stock only to be told i should go to customer service. I get to customer service only to be sent back to information. I leave my details they write it in a book and say they will order it and takes a week. Two weeks passed no one called. I went back they said they still out. Till today i havent received any call. I always have a problem with game. Even when i went there and asked them to beat the price of a samsung tv and samsung stove. They told me they out of stock for both. They always out of stock when it seems they cant deliver on their promises
