Enquiry on my ITC report

I have tried on numerous occasions to contact the call centre on 010 205 5000 but to no avail. There was an enquiry made on my credit report on the 10/10/12 which I did not consent to.

I have never dealt with Avon previously.

Please can someone contact me regarding the enquiry as it affects my credit points.
