Unauthorised credit enquiry

Good day

This is not the 1st time i have to complain about this and nothing was done. Why does FNB Business banking keeps on making enquiries on my credit report without my consent?

A week ago a credit report an enquiry has been requested from transunion. Who has requested this, what is it that i have applied for and can employees of a bank keep on retrieving these without my consent?

Im not happy about this and i will have to lodge a formal complaint with NCR requesting an explanation should the 2 unauthorise requests done on 12 December 2012 and 18 February 2013.
