Lack of customer care, and communication

I do the national Health and safety for our company which is a national company, we have branches all over the country. So due to convenience and supposed ease of booking through out the whole country i chose to use Bayteck as a service provider for: Fire fighting, first aid, SHE Rep, fire extinguisher servicing and fork lift training. Communication to their clients is no good, right from the directiors, JL Page senior and junior, right down to their staff. I have left numerous messages for the directors, they do not even come back to me after saying they will return my call, I book training courses all over the country, only to find that when the staff arrive there, they get told there is no training taking place, they confirm they received the training booking form, but say it was not a confirmed date, and do not even come back to you regarding the issue. I have been trying since October/November last year to get training done in Bloemfontein, now they say it cannot be done, but the manager from Bayteck Bloemfontein says he has no training for the next 2 months, but they cannot train our staff. There is absolutely no interest from management regarding their clients.
