Unauthorised billing!!!

I am absolutely furious that the above company: Smart Call Technology or what ever they call themselves, has a reputation of charging people for services against their will and against their knowledge.
I HAVE NEVER SUBSCRIBED TO THIS SERVICES!!! I was charged R500.00 in June and thus far R300.00 in July which is yet to be deducted via my network provider MTN.
WHAT THE IS HAPPENING HERE PEOPLE???
You have a sneaky way of taking money from people and now I want a full refund of my money that I DID NOT AUTHORISE!!!
