Total Disappointment with customer service

From the actual enquiry (early June 2013) on the product i wanted made up until the actual receiving the product was a disaster. As a client I had to send numerous of emails asking for an invoice, asking when it will be ready. Received the first product and it was incorrectly made as it was too small to what it specified on the email. The said they would make another base for it with the correct measurement. Constant emailing to find out what is going on. Eventually get told it is ready and I had to go fetch it after they the ones who made the mistake in the first place. It took over 1 1/2 months to have this product made properly. To be honest this is ridiculous and me as a customer felt they were not interested in my business and it was actually a waste of time to help me in anyway. I will not use this company again.
