Total rip off

Bought 4 packs of chicken that says 4 4 { 4 thighs and 4 drumsticks}
All 4 packets only contain 7 pieces {3 thighs and 4 drumsticks}. When i phoned to complain i was told that its either 8 pieces or 1.5kg. I said the advertisement on the bag says 8 pieces and i was told sorry its either the weight or the amount of pieces.

This is false advertising and we as consumers are taken for a ride. When i complained i was offered a R40 voucher, which i didnt accept as i feel its just to shut me up. Why dont big companies take responsibility when they get caught out. What would their profit margins be if they took out 1 piece of chicken out of every bag and only 1 in 10 customers complain
