The unreliable post office

A few weeks back i was sent a parcel from London to the Randburg post office or Fountainebleau. on arrival at post office in Fontainbleau the envelope was open and the contents were taken out or I'm really angry as the contents were a credit card from my mother and with the going on I'm terrified it will land in the wrong hands. i laid a complaint on the day of fetching my parcel which was sent forward to the JHB international hub where my parcel was supposedly lost i was told i will be contacted immediately its been a week now and the post office customer service keeps giving me the run around about who to contact. I'm extremely disappointed in their system and their untrustworthiness.
