Going the extra, extra mile, Super Service :-)

Towards the end of last year my wife had a GWM florid, not one (and we visited a lot of different brands of dealerships in JHB) would trader her car in. Apart from Honda Sandton that is. This branch are absolute perfectionists when it comes to customer service. They really do believe in going that extra mile while treating the customer as king (as it should be).

This Saturday past was my turn for an upgrade on my GWM Hover, all the other brands simply said NO, they do not trade Chinese cars. Hovever not the same can be said about Honda Sandton, who are always willing to help a customer out and quite simply said, willing to do business.

I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Fiona Fenton-Smit (Business Manager), Mark Dommisse (Dealer Principal) and a very special Thank you to Olivier Mutimbwa (Sales Executive) who went out of his way to help us once again.

Please anyone reading this, please do yourself a favour and go visit this branch, you will be surprised at the super, out of this world friendly service and deals. Also Honda is a very refined product.
