LABUCON Refuses to pay for repairs caused by truck

Labucon is a construction company based in Pretoria. On 27 September 2011 one of their trucks smashed into the back of my car, driven by my son, with my wife also in the car. To date they have not delivered in terms of fixing my car. You will agree that after 17 months I have a right to legal action. The short status of events:
1. Accident happened on 29 SEptember 2011.
2. Followed up with LABUCON in October 2011- Ms Mpho Bainze
3.I was then referred to their financial brokers in November 2011- Ms Emmie Cronje of Mbonelo Financial Services (Tel 012 998 9077x220). Supplied her with 2 quotes to fix car
4. On 19 January 2012, they referred me to their underwriters, namely a Mr Patiswa Faku at 1Com, Tel 0861863379 and the claim number to quote is 31737.
5. On 20 January 2012 a Mr Sechaba Letsoalo of 1Com (Tel.0861 863379) requested various documentation from me including the original purchase documentation of the car, which was the only documentation I could not supply as I bought the car 25 years ago. I supplied an affidavit which they refused. I heard nothing from them since then.
6. I followed up with all three people mentioned above on 23 October 2012. Nobody respond to date.
