Terrible service from PO Manage

I am totally disappointed by the lack of service from the manager at the Benmore Gardens Post Office. My husbands Masters certificate was sent by the university and we can not trace where this package is. It has become urgent and I have sent several emails and even personally visited Denise to ask for assistance, once I called in and she told me to hold on and kept me on the phone 'holding on' for 25 minutes. She advised that I fill out a form and that they will investigate, it has been over a month and I have not heard anything back. I understand that there is a procedure involved but it also does not take long to keep the client updated as to what is going on. I think her attitude was totally unacceptable and she displayed this in front of her staff which I think is setting such a bad example. All I need to know is if this package is lost and if so I can go ahead and ask for copies.
