My team have called three times in the past four weeks asking for someone to assist with a quotation for a frosting artwork to be made. I have personally called in a further 5 times to date. I have sent numerous emails and still no response. However Abbie takes the call each timer and comes up with the most amazing excuses as to why they cant do their job.
