POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE -STAINED WHITE JACKET

I took in my jackets for dry cleaning at Brooklyn Dry-Cleaners in Brooklyn Pretoria South Africa. When i went to collect my jackets, the hand calves of my orange coat were dirty with white stained marks, black jackets had white trace marks too, and white jacket was stained with some chemical.

On Monday 08 July 2013 i called in, before i could even finish my sentence the so-called white ARROGANT MANAGER/OWNER hung on me, i called back the second time and threatened his worker to just hang up the phone or just leave it hanging on the side, i could hear every detail of the conversation and name calling and swearing, She's mad she thinks i've got time to waste let her stay on the line she'll get tired and hang up.

What an appalling behavior. I want to warn every body that live in the Brooklyn and surrounding areas to stay away from that Dry-Clean and the Main branch at Lynwood Ridge Mall.

ALEX treats people like trash and has no remorse!!!
