I paid Bianca Gerber of Mould Modling in Port Elizabeth for a Bag, portfolio, and DVD for my granddaughter. Promises were made by Bianca Gerber to give these items to my granddaughter but she never received any of the items. I phoned and watsapp Bianca Gerber and she makes promises and appointments to deliver and never does. I even went to the consumer protection to try and get her to deliver the items to me. I have asked her for her address and was perpared to collect form her home and the modling agency but she still will not give the items that I PAID FOR. O! she tells me that she has them . and then wants me to sign at her lawyer, but she will not give me the name of or her phone number of her lawyer. Bianca does not even want to give me her address so that I can collect them. her cell no is: 082 736 3978
