Cell C to Customer and the attitude stinks!

I went to Cell C Clearwater Mall on Fri 8/02/13 to open a corp account for 2x Straight Up 30 Top Up accounts. Spent ages in the store whilst management vetted the docs. Was told to redo auth letter and email on Mon 11/02, promised a response in the week. I followed up on Tue and was promised a call by Wed from Albert. No call. I call on Thu, promised a call in 1hr from Bianca. No call. I email on Fri, Bianca calls back with no answer, promise to call in 1hr. No call. I email again. Docs faxed to wrong no, nothing done yet, Bianca will call back. Bianca calls after 15h00. Need to send CM29 and sign Ts&Cs which Albert will email on Fri. Bianca promises I can collect Mon afternoon 18/02. No email received. I email CM and ask for Ts&Cs. Get them, sign and send back. I ask for conf to collect by 15h00. No call. I email, ask manager nr. Email from someone at Cell C Clearwater to say turnaround is 24hr so they could not answer by 15h00. Why on Fri and say I can fetch? And now apparently docs must be signed by owner? What is the point of auth letter I had to send twice? Wasting my time, wasting my time, wasting my time. Still have no name or contact nr for manager either. Bad bad bad!
