Wrong cartridge

I phoned Waltons Secunda on 3 July 9:47am and asked the lady if they have HP 122 Cartridges in stock black and colour, she looked on the computer and said yes normal one and the xl one i then asked the prices, she said its R144 for small black and R164 for small colour, R444.08 for the xl black and R444.08 for the xl colour, i also asked her if they have sticker paper and she said yes R148 for 100. I took money for n small black and an xl colour and the sticker paper! As i went to pay point the (Black) lady said its R530 for the colour one i asked her way so much? She said that's the price! i Said but i phoned and asked for the price and they said R444.08! After a while i said just leave it and give me the small colour! i paid, took my stuff and went back to the office opened the cartridges and wanted to print! The lady at the till point never gave me HP 122 she gave me HP 121 now they say its my problem! Its not my problem if she cant hear her customers and according to me the customer is always rite! She gave me the wrong stuff and i must still pay for it and buy new ones! If this is your way of making money! I really hope you close down soon!
